I have a developmental co-ordination disorder called Dyspraxia that affects my balance, co-ordination and movement. This permeates into the way I learn new skills, think and remember information.
It led me to explore the world of communication design, eventually specialising in Live Event Illustration, a way of creatively capturing complex and sometimes sensitive content as a visual guide.
James Lee wrote a wonderful white paper for the National Lottery Community Fund, exploring how funders can be more accessible for disabled-led organisations. James commissioned me to create a visual summary of his paper.
